Global fundraising Uber campaign to support Ukraine

When Russia attacked Ukraine, transportation became a crucial necessity, and many taxi drivers have provided it since the first day. Often for free, over long distances, risking their lives to evacuate others. In this campaign we shared three such stories, and raised $8.5M for ambulances.

Pasha escaped from Chernihiv when the city was occupied by russian troops. Then he came back to evacuate others.

Oksana evacuated a family from the war zone just in time. The day after, a bridge to get to them was destroyed by russians.

Dima drove a soldier to meet his newborn daughter for the first time.
