Launch campaign for
the Ukrainian Mental Health Program

Many Ukrainians don't want to complain about being sad, stressed, or even depressed. They believe that it's not important right now, since there are others who need them and who are in worse situations because of the war. The purpose of this campaign was to gently bring people's attention to their mental health and explain that taking care of yourself is as important as taking care of others.

Naming

The task was to find a simple and humane name – nothing too serious to avoid intimidating people, yet not too abstract. Something that wraps you in care and support.
In Ukrainian, it’s ‘Ty yak?’, which translates to ‘How are you?’ in English.

Long form

Short form

The program was launched by President Zelenskiy and First Lady Olena Zelenska.
